1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using TracSpend, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

2. What TracSpend Is

TracSpend is a free, offline-first personal finance tracking app. It requires no account, no login, and no internet connection to function. All your financial data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate any backend servers and have no access to your data.

3. License

TracSpend grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on your own devices.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or redistribute the app or any part of it.

4. Your Data

You own all data you enter into TracSpend. Since everything is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for backing it up. If you uninstall the app or lose your device without a backup, your data cannot be recovered by us — because we never had it.

You can export your data at any time via Settings → Export as an Excel file saved to your device.

5. Optional AI Feature

TracSpend includes an optional AI assistant powered by Google Gemini. This feature requires you to supply your own Google Gemini API key and is disabled by default. When enabled, a summary of your financial data is sent to Google's API. Use of this feature is subject to Google's Terms of Service. TracSpend is not responsible for Google's handling of that data.

6. Disclaimer

TracSpend is a personal finance tracking tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any insights or tips shown in the app are for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on data or insights shown in the app.

7. Prohibited Uses

• Using the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempting to reverse engineer or decompile the app
• Distributing modified versions of the app

8. Termination

You may stop using TracSpend at any time by uninstalling it. Since there are no accounts or servers, there is nothing to "delete" on our end. Your local data is removed when you uninstall the app.
